You've had those awful days where all you wanted to do was drink yourself into oblivion or numb the pain with pharmaceuticals. Then someone pours you a cup of oolong tea, or PG tips with milk. As you take the first sip the conversation and biscuits help ease the sorrows of the day and life begins anew.
Some of my life's greatest moments have been spent over a cup of tea. The quiet time when everything is still after my first child was born. The hour before the dawn on a chilly fall morning waiting for my brother and our weekend fishing trip. The late evening of our wedding day my wife and I in our hotel exhausted enjoying a cup of tea as the realization of what we just did sinks in and the thought of what the future will hold for us. Wonderful moments cherished with love, nurtured with tea.

Tea has the ability to transcend life's casual moments and facilitate something greater whether it is in ourselves or those that we commune with it is truly something that all of us can share and find something of ourselves.
